Tim is a State of California, Certified Asbestos Consultant (C.A.C. #09-4487) with The Division of Occupational Safety and Health. He conducts all aspects of air and bulk sampling for asbestos during abatement operations and as part of asbestos building surveys.
Tim is also a Department of Health Certified Inspector/Assessor for Lead. His prior experience includes conducting Phase I environmental site assessments as well as assisting drill crews with Phase II site assessments. Tim has five years experience in the environmental field.
Tim ensures compliance with all aspects of project specifications, regulatory requirements and current industry standards. He is able to effectively handle changes in the scope of work necessitated by unknown conditions. He also has experience as an intermediary between contractors in various trades and Building Owner Representatives.
Tim is trained in Computer Operated Drafting (CAD) and prepares floor plans, construction details, and drawings related to abatement and roofing projects.
