Brooks & Associates provides the following Lead Consulting Services for our clients:
- We conduct Risk Assessments to assess lead hazards.
- We provide Lead Inspections to evaluate the presence and location of lead-based paint.
- We provide Air Monitoring to meet OSHA requirements.
- We conduct Lead-Based Paint Inspections by using an XRF Instrument which gives immediate results with no destructive testing of building materials necessary and no lab fees.
We conduct Clearance Inspections to ensure that areas are safe to occupy and meet regulatory requirements.- Lab analysis is provided by an accredited Laboratory.
- We develop Specifications to direct Contractors in the clean-up or removal of lead hazards, as well as conducting work which includes the disturbance of lead.
- By having Brooks & Associates provide Total Project Management you ensure the work is done properly and in accordance with governmental regulations as well as keeping building occupants safe.
- We provide Lead Awareness Training to ensure employees know of hazards and how to handle them should they arise in their daily work operations.
- We provide compliance plans for use by contractors in meeting OSHA requirements.
- We provide Litigation Support to clients when needed.
